2 Years, Month 7, Weeks 2 and 3

Dress or T-shirt?  Either way someone is ready to cheer on her beloved Hounds!  Josh and I are doing some cheering of our own.  Olivia has officially started potty training!  Thanks to positive peer pressure, Livi has been watching her classmates use the potty and declared she wants to start wearing undies.  So, here we go!

Papa and Grandma came to town to help us root for the Hounds too.  We got pretty lucky with fairly mild weather.  Although, Livi usually runs around the track to stay warm no matter what the temperature!

I think her favorite part was visiting with the half-time show entertainers.  She is such an animal lover!

Coming soon to your mailbox for the holidays...while Papa was here he was nice enough to use his great photography skills to snap a photo for our Christmas card.  Everyone smiling and looking at the camera - winner!  (Well, Tink's not really looking at the camera but 3 out of 4 isn't bad!)

Look out shoppers, Livi has a shopping cart and a list and she's coming through!  While grocery shopping with Josh, she picked up a little treat for everyone (flowers for she and I; soda for Josh).  She's nothing if not efficient!

We're still working on broadening our food horizons beyond chicken and macaroni and cheese.  We found a winner with Chinese food!  Slowly but surely the list is growing!

Matching shirts!  Olivia is so excited that she and I have matching shirts.  She asks several times a week if we can wear our matching shirts.  I know there will come a time when she will want zero part of wearing anything that resembles something from my closet so I am loving this phase right now!

Santa Claus is coming to town!  Now that we've made it through Halloween, Christmas decorations and Santa Claus are everyone.  Olivia was SO excited when she this Santa because he was her size.  She happily put her arm around him and flashed a big smile.  I'm not really sure why she had a dollar bill in her though...perhaps she figured that's the easiest way to ensure a spot on the "nice" list.
